Shipping policy

We like to keep it simple: your stories get stitched, packed, and shipped straight to your door.

NOSYJOSIE© is registered in Jordan. All clothing is manufactured responsibly in China and shipped directly from our trusted 3PL partner there. Prints, however, are handled personally by us in Cyprus or Jordan and shipped separately.

This way, your order doesn’t travel twice, and every item takes the most efficient route to you, reducing unnecessary emissions, waste, and waiting time.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Clothing:

Processed within 2–5 business days at our 3PL warehouse in China.
During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Prints:

Packed and shipped by the artist from Cyprus or Jordan within 3-5 business days.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We try to expand our reach (excluding to occupier states).

Clothing (3PL China):

  • Standard: 5–20 business days (depending on location, final estimate shown at checkout)

  • Express: 3–7 business days (depending on location, final estimate shown at checkout)
    All clothing orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — taxes and duties included. No surprises on arrival.

Prints (from Cyprus):

Shipping time and cost may slightly differ from clothing.

3. TRACKING

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link, clothing and prints may arrive separately. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to hello@nosyjosie.co.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Clothing:

Shipped DDP, meaning import duties and taxes are already covered.

Prints:

Shipped from Cyprus following local postal regulations. Any customs fees (rare, depending on country) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your information at checkout.
NOSYJOSIE© cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, email hello@nosyjosie.co within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help sort it out.

7. RETURNS

Returns for clothing are processed through our location in Europe.
Prints may have separate return instructions due to being fulfilled from Cyprus.
