Who Founded the brand?
NOSYJOSIE© was founded by Abdel Rahim Al-Hadid, a designer and storyteller who believes clothing can carry more than fabric—it can carry untold stories. Each piece is inspired by a fictional motel room and the secrets Josie, the housekeeper, has overheard.
Where are you based?
We’re officially registered and operating in Jordan. Our clothing products are responsibly manufactured in China and shipped directly from our 3PL partner there to reduce carbon footprint. Our prints are printed locally in Cypurs/Jordan and delivered separately.
Where do you ship from?
All clothing orders are shipped directly from our 3PL partner in China, where NOSYJOSIE© pieces are responsibly made. This way, your order doesn’t travel twice, which helps us reduce our carbon footprint.
Our prints are shipped from Cyprus/Jordan separately from clothing.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, and express shipping 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping time is calculated at checkout while you'll also get a tracking link once your order is enroute.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. All clothing orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means taxes and duties are already covered, no surprise fees at your door.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging. For more details, check our Return and Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@nosyjosie.co with the subject line “Return/Exchange” and include your order number. The Concierge will guide you step by step.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nosyjosie.co and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, NOSYJOSIE© offers digital gift cards that never expire.
How should I care for my piece?
Each garment comes with its own care instructions stitched in. As Josie says: “Wash me gently, and I’ll whisper stories for years.”

Yes. All NOSYJOSIE© pieces are manufactured responsibly and ethically in China, with a focus on reducing environmental impact and ensuring fair working practices.
