We’re officially registered and operating in Jordan. Our products are responsibly manufactured in China and shipped directly from our 3PL partner there to reduce carbon footprint.
All orders are shipped directly from our 3PL partner in China, where NOSYJOSIE© pieces are responsibly made. This way, your order doesn’t travel twice, which helps us reduce our carbon footprint.
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, and express shipping 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link once your order ships.
No. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means taxes and duties are already covered—no surprise fees at your door.
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging. For more details, check our Return Policy.
