We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. At NOSYJOSIE ©, the front desk is always open, step up and we’ll sort it.
HOW TO START
Email hello@nosyjosie.co with the subject line “Return/Exchange”. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps and a return label if applicable.
ELIGIBILITY

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return is received and inspected

Your bank may take up to 14 days to post the refund once processed
EXCHANGES

If the requested size or style is in stock, we’ll process an exchange once your return is scanned in or received

If it’s not available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

For most returns, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund (except for defective or incorrect items)
