Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. At NOSYJOSIE ©, the front desk is always open, step up and we’ll sort it.

HOW TO START

Email hello@nosyjosie.co with the subject line “Return/Exchange”. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps and a return label if applicable.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return is received and inspected

  • Your bank may take up to 14 days to post the refund once processed

EXCHANGES

  • If the requested size or style is in stock, we’ll process an exchange once your return is scanned in or received

  • If it’s not available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

FEES & SHIPPING

  • For most returns, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund (except for defective or incorrect items)

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Gift cards

  • Customized items (if any)

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nosyjosie.co and we’ll make it right.
